The Mother/Daughter/Granddaughter team breaks new ground in the area of understanding the dynamics of the mother daughter connection. They are relationship and communication specialists that offers practical communication tools through an inspiring blend of parenting wisdom, proven techniques, shared experiences and informal story-telling. Together they bring over 50 years of experience in developing, organizing and facilitating training's that positively impact the quality of the participants lives.

Suzanne Rock-Stierle 44, is a mother, daughter, sister, wife, designer, facilitator, producer, and entrepreneur. She is the founder of Young Women Encircle, a nonprofit organization that offers life skill training programs to girls, and is the founder and co-facilitator of Reweaving the Tapestry, Mother & Daughter Retreat.

She is a certified trainer of The
Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, a cutting edge thinking & learning styles technology that provides insight and depth of understanding about how people think and make decisions. She is also specialist trained in Non Violent Communication, developed by Marshall Rosenberg Ph.D. www.cnvc.org, a technique that reduces conflict and connects people to the needs behind their actions giving them tools to communicate with effectiveness and ease.

For the past 18 years, Suzanne's passion has been focused on the study of women's and girl's development, both personal and professional, leading her to learn about the dynamics of successful relationships, parenting, communication and achieving success. Through this study she has organized, produced and facilitated over 30 events, workshops and retreats.

Ruth Ann Syrell-Rock 74, has been an R.N. since 1956 and has been involved in Hospice care since it was grass movement in the late 70’s.  As far back as she can remember she has been an avid learner of natural health practices and remedies.

In addition she been actively involved in the Human Potential Movement for over 38 years, and in that time has coordinated, produced and facilitated seminars and retreats in communication and personal development for adults, teens and children.

She has four grown children, seven grandchildren and feels deeply rooted to her Native American heritage and cares deeply about creating balance and connection between mothers and daughters. She feels honored to be working with her daughter and grand-daughter and contributing to the retreat participants. Resume

Malia Rock 18, is a freshman at Oregon State University. She has been participating in retreats that her mother and grandmother have been facilitating for 10 years.

 

She is wise beyond her years and brings her unique perspective of how to successfully navigate a mother daughter relationship. This will be the first retreat she has co-facilitated .
