Reweaving the Tapestry is a 3-day retreat for mothers and daughters of all ages that provides a unique opportunity to deepen your connection to each other. During this retreat you will find new ways to communicate, overcome and heal long term disagreements, find common ground, honor your individual ‘thinking styles’, and celebrate transitions.

 

What you will receive:

What will the daily schedule look like? (overview)
Friday:
4:00 Arrival, sign-in and settle into rooms
6:00 Dinner
7:00 Intro, weekend overview, fun game, and experiential presentation.

Saturday:
6:30 **Movement Class (optional)
8:00  Breakfast
9:00  Presentation in meeting room & fun outdoor activity
Noon  Lunch
1:00  Free Time
2:00  Meeting room & creative project
5:30  Dinner
7:00  Outdoor activity & indoor movement/dance class

Sunday:
6:30 **Movement Class (optional)
8:00  Breakfast
9:00  Meeting room (it’s a secret… you’ll love it!)
Noon  Lunch

2:00 Conclusion

**On Saturday and Sunday morning we will offer an early (optional) start (6:30 - 7a.m.). We will have a warm-up, stretch, movement session, followed by breakfast.
